I’m really disappointed to write this and it’s only because I want to see improvement. This is constructive criticism at best. I have been coming to this location for about 6 years now. It is clear there’s been an influx of new staff who are being fed to the wolves so to speak. The wait times are longer, training is occurring to multiple staff members at once, it is clear they are not being given enough time and direction as drinks are coming out late and wrong consistently. while i was going through the drive through an employee said my makeup looked so good ❤️ i had just came from an interview i was nervous about and she definitely lifted my confidence. i wish i saw her name tag but shout out her anyways !!
horrible manager on duty threw off the whole mood. I believe i got their name-tag, Tara, yelled at their employee for not doing something I asked them not to. I didn’t want a drink carrier and they threatened to write up their employee right in front of me, like wow.
