This is my first time in this store in a long time and it was completely remodel with new seating that gave off a nice atmosphere and the team are all very helpful especially Asa. He took my order and answered all my question in a professional manner and show genuine care in my questions and helping me in anyway during my visit. I’ll will be back again.
Incompetent employees with rude service out of all the Starbucks in the area this is probably the worst
I always go to this location or the one on Pepper & Valley and today the girl that helped us out seemed upset because I wanted my drink to be remade. From what I know if you're not satisfied with your food or beverage, a barista will "gladly remake it" for you a.k.a the "Just Say yes” policy. But that was not the experience. They in fact “ did not gladly remake it”. I will definitely not be going to this location anymore!
Isiah was great he helped me every step really caring attentive and patient person the best customer service ever!!! He needs a raise!!!
