I went there for the first time today in the late morning. From beginning to end, I was met with rude looks and the way the employees speak. It had ruined my day from what this store employees put me through. Made me feel like I did something wrong when I didn't do anything. As someone with mental health this really was not what I was expecting to be treated like in a Starbucks which usually has friendly people at other stores. This one is just not it. I truly doubt this will have any impact, but this is the first time I've gone to this particular location...and they got my order wrong! Then the guy at the window seemed very much like he didn't even care. I definitely won't be going back. If I decide to visit Starbucks again (because coffee shouldn't cost that much) it won't be that location. There are way too many Starbucks around to put up with that again.
They didn't have some of the stuff to make my drink, so I got something similar. A shaken vanilla espresso!
I was super thirsty decided to stop by this Starbucks and BUY a cup of ice with water ..... the cashier explains that based on their policy they cant sell this to customers.......i explained that i would like to purchase this ( i really don't understand if there was miscommunication but it made me think automatically this wasn't correct i felt singled out ( this Starbucks Rep had no customers service skills no Empathy to provide service ) its Super warm ill wanted to buy was a cup with water and ice. I order two large caramel fraps. One NO WHIP CREAM. they made a mistake and asked me if I wanted them to remake it, I said yes.low and behold, the guy just swiped off the cream with his hand and gave it to me like that. I didn't make a scene since I was with my wife. I got diarrhea after drinking it since I'm lactose intolerant 🤬🤬 we rarely come to Starbucks and prefer Tierra Mia.
