No brewed decaf so no free refills for the caffeine-sensitive. Barista who says "friend" at the end of every sentence, very off putting and strange.

Excellent customer services
If you try to order inside the 2 employees were too busy doing other orders to come take your order. My order was missing items. Bathroom had no toilet paper. The manager needs to hire more people or have more working per shift.
