Today I came here to buy a drink. I don't come here very often, but every time I do, l am usually very satisfied. I feel respected when I order and pick up my drink from the staff. However, today I encountered two employees who were extremely rude to customers — one Black woman and one Hispanic woman, at least that's my guess. Their service attitude was extremely poor.
