I ordered a large hot coffee with cream and a shot of espresso. There was one person in front of me in line. 20 minutes later I received my "coffee". It was room temperature. It had no cream. I said I'd like my $4.85 back. An employee said something about making another one. I said I had a life to live and waited until he gave me 5 singles back. I kept my 15 cent profit and left. Don't go here.
There were flies everywhere. In the food glass enclosure, a woman's frappucino had a fly in it, disgusting.
This isn’t based on one bad visit. It’s based on several. The Starbucks inside Target seems to operate as though it stays busy simply because it’s inside Target, not because of the service. Too often the employees appear disengaged and unconcerned about the customers. On my most recent visit, one employee left, reducing the staff from three to two. Being its the only one in the area besides Target. Your best bet is to go through the drive-thru and make sure your order is correct before leaving. This is the worst starbucks I have been too. I went from a weekly starbucks drinker to Ill just find something else. Pack your patience when you go!
I started going to this location about a month ago and every time I go they are out of everything I ask for! They are out of whip cream or they are out of frappes! I went two days ago and got a frappe after the whole week they said they were out of most of the ingredients to make it how is it two days later you are already out of the product again!?
