The lady working at this location named Cynthia is so nice.
Very bad customer service every time for me. Nicole is very rude and very talkative. Very unprofessional. The worst experience ever. I like Starbucks but not at this location. I order hot water a tea bag and two honey packets. That caused a big problem for why?
Don't come here under any circumstances. There's another one down the street to go to. Without exaggeration, this is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Noone will take your order or maybe they will, it depends on if their friends are hanging around the store or behind the counter. If they don't know how to make your drink they'll just make you whatever they think is close on the menu. And if you're in a hurry, forget about it. Customer service was horrible, the barista told me they don’t accept EBT as i was pulling out my cash. I wasn’t even thinking about paying with EBT, I’m not sure if that was her being racist, funny or stereotypical. It came from a white woman and not only was I highly offended but I took business elsewhere. I wouldn’t recommend that location if that was the last Starbucks open.
