Ordered a $24 dollar Coffee traveler for the house, came without creamer, cups, sugar etc. Not to mention the our 2 banana walnut pounds cake slices were ice cold! I Called the store to report the issue and immediately inquired how I was talking too, he said “ for what reason”. I asked for the manager on duty and he replied that was him (Ben). He apologized but I emphasized most orders come incomplete, asked him do better with delivery orders. Didn’t want to waste gas so we drank black coffee and cold pound cake SMH.

The most horrible fraudulent Starbucks out there. Workers are lost in space. Seems they hire certain types and it comes from management. Make sure to ask for receipts trust me they will scam you big time

I’m very upset because I drove for 20 minutes to enjoy a cup of chestnut-hot latte, which I usually order from other branches. Unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience, and it felt like I wasted $7. It didn’t have the milk foam, and they didn’t add the proper topping that’s supposed to go on the foam. When I asked the staff about the topping, they apologized and sprinkled a bit of sugar instead of the proper topping.
