Waited 20 minutes for a drink. First 10 minutes passed, I alerted the staff and got the response “we have lots of mobile orders”. So they just kept on making mobile orders and piling them up at the counter. Waited another 10 minutes just to get my drink. Meanwhile mobile orders just kept piling up at the counter. This is your problem. Staff need to communicate. You need to observe the lobby. Not to mention there was only 1 staff making drinks? The 3 others just seemed to be running around? The coffee taste watered down and foul. I am not sure if it is a Starbucks nationwide problem or if its this locations problem. But the cost of the coffee far outstrips its quality. I will not be coming back.
