Valdosta State University branch, Valdosta Ga. Just Horrible. Stated their cups were 50% off at the Tiger Con 2024 and still was charged full price. Refused to reimburse me. Refused to give me a receipt. Asked for a hot drink and received ice in my drink. Then proceeded to scoop it out my cup with a spoon. The service is horrible! We spent 30$ on 2 drinks and two croissants, got it delivered through the DoorDash. One of the drinks ended up being missing. The bag was taped so the dasher did NOT take the drink out of the bag, we could definitely tell that the Starbucks were the ones who forgot to put it in the bag. After we called them and they explained the issue, we were told that they are not going to return us any money OR at least deliver OR give the missing drink and we have to order again. They never have any updated stock. Staff is Unprofessional inconsistently. The standard of Starbucks is higher than the presented experience.
