During my last visit, I asked if my vanilla sweet cream cold brew could have more coffee, as it appeared to have too much creamer and foam. Unfortunately, when my request was communicated to the barista, she seemed visibly irritated and rolled her eyes. I tried apologizing several times for the inconvenience I felt I was causing, but the overall response from the three employees was dismissive, making me feel unwelcome for politely expressing my concerns. Yummy! No problems except wipped cream sticks to the roof if your mouth and leaves white residue you have to scrape off with the straw.
Very rude service today. Very disappointed and won’t be back
