I’ve had chai tea lattes at many different Starbucks locations, but to whoever made my order today, it might be the best I’ve ever had. Thank you for your attention to detail.

Went to Starbucks today at about 11:45am on November 23rd, 2025. Someone new was getting trained on the register so we understand orders getting placed wrong. We had an iced sugar cookie latte with cold foam, strawberry acai with lemonade and no inclusions and a small hot cocoa kids temp with ice on the side. Every drink was made wrong; sugar cookie had no cold foam and they missed it on the order, strawberry acai had inclusions in it and the kids hot cocoa had ice directly in it so it was freezing. Was in there on Sunday, December 22 around 7:15pm and received absolutely TERRIBLE service! Before I ordered I showed my Starbucks app so she could scan my barcode. She told me to wait and then started with the order. I kept my phone out the entire time with the barcode showing and she still kept telling me to wait and then finally when the order was due she pretended to scan the app and then I paid.
