I’ve been a long-time Starbucks customer, but this recent experience was very disappointing. Due to issues with the app, our office placed an order over the phone, hoping to make it easier for the team since we had 9 drinks to order. However, when we arrived to pick up our order, we overheard a barista, who was older with white short hair saying, “These people really need to order somewhere else,” not realizing we were already there. I got my all-time favorite. Green tea matcha latte with oatmilk and an extra scoop of matcha. I didn't buy it at this one, but I love their Impossible breakfast sandwich too.
Our Thursday favorite at Starbucks Newmarket Square in Bellingham. Always friendly
