The drive thru moves soo slow. I finally get to the window to get my order and he starts handing me somebody else’s order then when I say that’s not mine he’s all confused I come to this location every day half the workers know me and you still mess my order up it’s been the same for 5 years
I waited so long for my drink I pre ordered through the app, mobile ordering should be turned off if your staff cannot handle all the orders coming through. There were many orders today and by the time I ordered on the app, drove to Starbucks, waited — it was 45 mins and I didn’t even get my drink. I just left since I had to go to work. I got a credit back to my account but it was really a shame that was the start to my morning.
