I thought it might be a coincidence but I am starting to think every time I sit down with my laptop within 30 minutes it gets extremely chilly. They used to be a great place to study prior to the renovation, but lately I don't feel they are such a welcome environment to studiers. I think cranking up the air by the tables when they see people study is a way of shooing them away.
Very friendly atmosphere. Service was great.
Last Saturday I had to wait 25 minutes to get a coffee and a frappuccino. They take care of the mobile orders and the Drive-Thru orders, but if you Go inside and order. They make you wait forever.
Even if you get the wrong drink or NO drink at all they are rude about correcting it. Watched 4 people order and get their order. Mine was lost somehow. When I asked I am not even looked at. Better to go to the one down the street, better yet, Tim Hortons.
This is unfortunately not the best location. The team always seems understaffed and stressedml. The set up of the store and parking lot is not great either
