The quality of this location is down to hill… the staff is doing a phone call while make my coffee and when I staring at her she pretends to shake my coffee and I don’t see her brew the expresso ? Then what did she put in my coffee ? and let me tells u … the coffee that I use to like is bad, sour taste? like I’m drinking ice melted coffee… have to throw away ….and I’m oder the shaking expresso… ???
Unfortunately, the quality at this location has really gone downhill. The coffee is rarely made properly compared to other Starbucks, the customer service is poor, and the espresso machine is often broken. I used to come here regularly because it’s close to home, but now I’d rather drive further to another store where I know the coffee is much better and the service is more professional.
The expresso machine always always always broken for at least 1 week!!
