Not a fan of the Pike Place nor the new 1971 blends. But no matter which coffee you ask for, Pike or 71 is what you will get. Don't know the reason behind this little gimmick, but you will have to ask for a pour-over in order to get the coffee you like at these places these days.
love this location! the employees truly made my experience. i love coming here to get work done and be productive. the service is incredible. 100% recommend. the playlist is elite here. jessie is the sweetest employee ever! super nice and helpful.
Very bad experience. The person named Nesy / Nasy was extremely rude and unprofessional. The way she spoke to me made me feel disrespected and judged because of my English. I felt uncomfortable and embarrassed. No one should be treated this way for not being a native English speaker.
I won’t be coming back here. I ordered a white mocha for pick up with 3 pumps of white mocha and 2 pumps of peppermint, and when I got it, it tasted like water. The barista said she would fix it, but remade it with just coffee and milk. It still tasted watery and she didn’t add any of the extras I paid for. They clearly don’t pay attention to orders, and I didn’t have time to wait again. I ended up leaving with a plain coffee with milk instead of what I ordered. Never coming back.
