What a shame. I went to ask for water for my pet, and they forced me to buy something so they could give me water for my pet. 0 points.
Customer or not, rejecting a cup of water especially with this Miami Heat is crazy. I am a business restaurant owner as well for over twenty years and never I have rejected anyone on a cup of water. What a disgrace. I am not only disgusted by the individual who rejected me but also by the management the enforces it. Do better!!
As a regular Starbucks costumer i have never been treated so badly as i have in this Starbucks.
When you walk in Marta greets you with a big smile and a huge HI! Great Starbucks super friendly and the coffee was great
loveeeee this location! the employees truly made my experience. i love coming here to get work done and be productive. the service is incredible. 100% recommend. jessie is the sweetest employee ever! super nice and helpful.
