The wait can be long and they often run out of things but the staff is friendly
They gave me the wrong drink at first but then they fixed it and didn't even charge me extra and gave me large to, feels good ☺️ 🤗
My chai used to be delicious idk if the recipe changed or they just stopped caring but ya lost me!. As a 11 year partner consistently is a must and this is unacceptable
I placed an order that was supposed to be ready at 9:42. I did not get my food until 9:55 and when I asked about my drinks they said they were just putting them in the queue to make. Instead of apologizing for skipping my order, they made excuses about the crowd. They always have a crowd. That's why you should make the orders as they come in and not skip around.
