This was my first time visiting today 8/23/25 . The line was wrapped around the building but we did not sit long at all the cashier was moving the drive thru line down . So i ordered my usual drink that i get at starbucks in a Venti size . When I got to the window it was made in a grande size . I told the cashier it was the wrong size and she kept her smile and quickly remade the drink without an attitude or anything . Went through drive-thru. Good.
Whoever is making the matches today, writing the cute little notes on the cups - I wish I could give them the biggest tip ever! OMG! They actually read the order, got it 100% right and it tastes so much more elevated than the ones I've previously ordered. I've never written a review over a "matcha" but to whoever was on duty today at 9AM - YOU ROCK!!!!
Amazing staff
On July 19,2025 I was at another location that caused me to have an allergic reaction to a drink I told them I didn’t want and was dismissed from the worker. However, instead of arguing I decided to never frequent Starbucks again until I met Nya. From start to finish she was so energetic and spoke to everyone that came in with a mask on I could still feel her smile and energy! She is a rock star and deserves her flowers.
