I had to ask for a stopper and napkins for a drink that was spilling coffee in my car. They actually passed me a drink that was leaking everywhere. When I asked for napking to clean up their mess, there was no empathy. It was like "oh well". No, I am sorry, would you like another cup or remake it? I had to ask for napkins a second time to clean up. The cup feels thinner than usual. As the worker held the coffee, it kept coming through the hole.
Laura is the best! Great customer service, I felt extremely welcome and my order was exactly how I wanted it. She went above and beyond.
Today was a bad experience. My coffee lid was not on tightly and the stopper was not secured in the lid. Starbucks have got to do better.
