This location is trash. The employees there need to be replaced with actual Starbucks employees or at least on the same hiring plateau. Nothing but nasty racist comments coming from their mouth as customers are in line coming and going. The product was horribly made and trash itself. The employees there were 3 black women and 1 white woman, the white woman was visually uncomfortable and kept saying sorry to customers
The baristas are nice and have a positive attitude. It is a good spot to wait at, they got drinks at a reasonable speed. Overall, this was a great experience.
Best in Jackson. I will come here because the service is amazing and my coffee is excellent.
