Needs new management
Today, I had a very frustrating experience at your store. I ordered a medium cappuccino and a cheesy sandwich, but the woman at the counter didn’t understand my English. I repeated myself several times and even showed pictures before she finally understood. What made the situation worse was her lack of initiative to help. Instead of trying to communicate or find a solution, she seemed unwilling to assist. Walked in and then straight back out. The employees were so rude and hateful before I ever said a word. They were talking about how they wish people stop coming in. All three talking about how much they did not want to be there I wanted to leave and wish people would stop showing up. So I just turned around and left.
Workers extremely unfriendly,, you can tell they definitely don't want to be there. Loud music. Don't care attitude Grey haired lady has an attitude
