The only reason why i go to this starbucks is because of how it’s closer to me. Its much more of a hassle than going to the one across the street. They never get your orders right, i ordered a iced white mocha with caramel drizzle and they did not add it to my drink, there’s also been other several times that i’ve paid extra and it doesn't come with the add ons. The place is also unsanitary as one if the workers while i was waiting was biting her fingers continuously (with no gloves) while preparing a drink.

Get mad at you for asking to remake drinks that they made wrong. I was literally given someone else’s drink today and I said it wasn’t mine and they said “what do u want me to do about it”. I have to always ask them to put the cold foam on even after I pay they will just not add it after I spent $2 extra on it. I’ve gone three days in a row before my class and they have done it every one of those days. I try to be nice even when they are rude but it’s becoming a continuous cycle.
