Some staff members are polite, but not others: I have had repeat encounters with one staff member who refuses to add whipped cream to beverages that clearly are marked in the app as including whipped cream. (I cannnot “add” whipped cream during my order because the drink is shown as already containing whipped cream.) It’s not my fault that some employees don’t know the full drink recipe. I was going to give them a five-star rating, however, there are particular employees who treat customers with no respect. This was especially apparent after I saw a blind customer come in and instead of helping him in the first seconds of meeting him the cashier laughed. This poor man was so nervous he was shaking. There was little understanding for someone who was blind. The ONLY person who went out of their way to help was I think the manager.
