I stopped by around 5:30 AM at the airport, and all I wanted was a simple cup of water. I was told they couldn’t take any orders in person and that everything had to go through the app. Fine. But after checking the app, there was no option anywhere for a water cup. I went back and explained this to the worker, and he flat-out refused to give me a water cup — with no real explanation. Service is horrendous
Breakfast sandwiches have been cold in the center the last couple of times, so I’d avoid those. Still, of the limited options it’s arguably the best. I’d suggest ordering online to save time.
I.ordered an Americano and got a regular coffee the barista saw that I saw but I just left I had a flight to catch, very disappointed I expected better
I ordered a shaken espresso but the darn card reader was down so I had to go into the app and order it which slowed things down a bit. My venti cup was less than full so that was a bit disappointing but taste wise was delicious.
