The Starbucks past security made my dragon fruit refresher very acidic it was not sweet like normal got the same order I always get. Told the manager jade or Jaden that it was hurting my stomach she said “I made it like you ordered it” you can put water in it at the water fountain or pay to get a new one of the same drinks made. The whole team seems very rude.
Sometimes it takes awhile depending on the time of day, but there's almost always the same lady taking orders, and she is so good at her job, it's no wonder they have her handling the masses! And they take Starbucks rewards, which is a huge plus!
Stand in line for 20 minutes and then get told they will only take mobile orders start the whole process over 30 minutes.
Ordered a black coffee with nothing added and have been waiting for over 20 minutes. Truly unacceptable service.
