Went to this vendor around 1:30 PM looking for a quick snack. The display case had a number of pastries and the display sign indicated several sandwiches supposedly for sale. When I tried to order one of the items in the display, it was not available, so I tried to order another just to get the answer. Then I tried to order one of four sandwiches that was advertised and told only one of them was available. What is wrong with this picture??
Just today 9/7/26, the staff member with pink hair seemed like she didn’t want to be there. She took my order by resting her chin on one hand, appearing very distracted and disengaged. She handed me the receipt in a rude manner as well. It was very unprofessional.
Worst and slowest Starbucks ever. Took an hour to heat up a croissant. Drinks were 45-60 minute wait.
Don’t expect them to be open at 3:34am, as their hours state.
State that they cannot give an iced water out. But they offer iced drinks. I watched 4 iced drinks made, but the baristas refused to give out iced waters. Just saying, “we can’t give out ice.”
