Tried to order a drink with no ice and they gave it to me under half full and when I asked why it was half empty their response was that they’re an airport Starbucks and can do whatever they want. On top of that the drink was already $2 more than a normal Starbucks would have been. All the workers were snooty and acted like they were better than all the people ordering from them.
Imagine an entire queue during the 0600 morning airport rush. Then one of the baristas says that they’re only taking orders through the mobile app. Everyone rolls theirs eyes and leaves. Admittedly, they were short staffed. Get your coffee before security.
I asked for a bone dry cappuccino. And I got just that! Thanks Alisha for making my day! Honesty and barista skills go a long way.
Overpriced! This is ridiculous. Only got food (a bagel there) because there was nothing else opened. I shouldn’t have to spend 12 on one piece of bread. No coffee and I did not ask for cream cheese but somehow I had to pay for it too.
