This store used to be decent, but throughout the year their staff change a lot and seem rude.. and their listening skills is not their… I have to repeat tell her I want a grande ice green tea like 4 times and she keep saying venti… I tell her I want a grande again a small, and she proceeds to tell me yes venti is large.. I also notice she whisper something to other staff and he look at me with a smirk on his face.. this is probably the last time I will go to this store.
