I ordered my coffee, and no one even mentioned that I would have to wait 30 minutes or even longer because they were working on online orders. The baristas could have been more communicative, especially since some customers may be in a hurry.
Went in to pick up my mobile order, it was super busy and I understand a wait is expected but the app said it was ready. I watched this older brunette woman working cause a scene with one of the people working berating them in front of everyone. Super unprofessional and slow. Don’t recommend this location
THEE WORST Starbucks in the area. They are so slow and unwelcoming. 30 minutes for a drink I ordered via mobile and walked out without anything! This is the 2nd time this has happened, will never patronize this Starbucks again! Caribou would never allow a customer to wait this long. I sat and watched this lady train a new employee. I worked in food service, I get it. I watched this lady make 10-12 drinks, threw them all in the sink. WTH happened to training the employee as they made drinks.
