Very disappointing experience. I went through the drive-through to pick up my order and greeted the barista with a smile and a simple “hi.” Instead of responding, she looked at me with a very irritated expression and said absolutely nothing. The whole interaction felt extremely rude and unwelcoming. I was honestly confused and embarrassed, wondering if I had somehow done something wrong. They seem to hire incompetent people at this location as of late….Not only myself, but my husband hasn’t had good outcomes of coffee orders - they never get them right, and they are pretty simple orders. They also go on strike a lot, which also wastes our time- seems to spend more time doing that then making coffee orders correctly.. This location is closest to our house, but at this point, we will take the extra couple miles to go somewhere else where we know the store will be open and simple drinks will be made correctly.
I go here in the morning because it’s right before I start my route. I order the same thing every morning. Honey citrus mint tea. It taste different every time. I always have to wait an insane amount of time even though you have other people in there pretending to be doing other things. So they don’t have to help. By far one of the worst Starbucks. Matter of fact the only Starbucks I have ever had this problem at.
Why is this Starbucks so god awful slow. I come back after avoiding for several months thinking/hoping it will improve. It never does. Please just close down and save us the trouble of coming here and being disappointed. This used to be a Wendy’s. Just bring back the Wendy’s. I know they want to unionize. That will not help the speediness of service, it will just make it worse.
