Super slow
If you want your drink to be made right, I’d suggest going to literally any other location. Drinks are way too expensive to not be getting what you’ve paid for.
I ordered NO WHIP and 2 extra shots of espresso and they gave me this!!! With a lot of Whip cream! and missing extra espresso shots. Do they even read what the orders are??? Simple task but not able to do the job right!
I consistently have negative experiences at this Starbucks location. Mobile orders are frequently delayed, and I am often overcharged for add-on items that are not provided. Furthermore, I have observed that the staff frequently demonstrates a lack of attention to detail, and basic common sense. I would have rated it a zero if it were an option.
The music is always very good for studying and doing work, the workers are fine but a shoutout to Julia, who was kind and helped me figure out what to get! Best Starbucks employee I’ve met!
