One of the employees constantly lies to my face about the delivery order wait time. When confronted, she just smiles as if she knows there won’t be any consequences. That’s extremely disrespectful and unprofessional on her part.
Every time I come here — whether I order online or in person — I end up waiting 20+ minutes. Today I ordered at the cafe at 7:40 AM and didn’t leave until 8:01 AM, while multiple people who walked in after me ordered at the counter and received their food before I did. This has also happened when I’ve ordered online. If online orders are going to be delayed this badly, there should be better communication or order prioritization. This has happened multiple times and is very frustrating.
I am writing to express a concern about sanitation practices I have repeatedly observed during my visits to your store , On multiple occasions, I have noticed a heavyset barista with long curly blonde hair contaminating their workstation shortly after I enter the store on almost every OCCASION!!
