I love Starbucks and I always order my matcha latte but this time in this place that asks for it the attention was terrible they took about 20 minutes just for an order of 2 matchas when they gave it to me it was badly blended it didn't even taste like matcha only milk terrible service the truth
They are renewing the furniture and decoration while the clients are there. Not very comfortable if you were looking for a place to study/work or simply hace a chat.
The drive through line was super long so we parked and went in. The woman who served us seemed irritated that we were in the store. The drinks and desserts that we ordered arrived and no one let us know. I've always had the barista call my name. She didn't even bother. We waited and didn't hear anything so we went to the counter and our orders were there. My large white chocolate mocha drink was overly sweet. My niece enjoyed her drink. My great niece loved her cake pop, dragon refresher and her muffin.
I really enjoy going to this location due to the great service and environment they got even going through the drive-thru.
