Not a fan of Starbucks anymore. I stopped in to use the bathroom quick and was told “I need to buy something” in order to use the bathroom. I’m a community mental health worker and needed to make a quick stop. The worker was rude and completely ignorant about the “new policy”. Won’t be coming back to this location.
the girl victoria working the window was rude. shoved the machine out to me and said make a selection very snippy. rude when she handed me my things. idk what her problem was.
Baristas are great but the store manager was very rude to them..this store needs a new one, I’m sorry for the girls who have to deal with her
