Great service
If I could give zero stars I would. I am a daily Starbucks customer and went inside to take my daughter to use the restroom. The women working there refused to allow us to go into the restroom. My daughter literally was crying out the door, she is 9years old and this was so ridiculous. Again I go to Starbucks daily. This location has been the worst location I have ever been to in all my years of a Starbucks customer.
Walked and was totally ignored. No one stated that they would be right with me. Just completely ignored. Walked out after waiting. Terrible customer service.
It's early morning, I ordered a hot Americano, but got into the car and realized I was too sleepy and still had an hr drive ahead of me and I couldn't drink a hot drink that fast because I would burn myself. So I went back inside to ask for a cup of ice so I could drink it faster. And they made me an entirely new drink! And let me keep the hot one for later!! SO kind and generous!
