This place gives me mixed feelings. It's close and convenient and msot if the time fast although when it's slow it's very slow. But the other day I ordered a drink and then left my apartment to go pick it up around the block. I got there at the time it says it would be ready. 9:07pm. I went to the speaker and they snapped at me saying that they jsut got the order and time I need to wait the alotted time. Wow, in the drive through and they take FOREVER!!!! 😫
Poor customer service and nasty bathrooms. I stopped here to use the bathroom, they said you need to be a customer to use the bathroom so I paid then they said all their bathrooms are closed because their was a nasty accident and it's going to take 30 minutes to clean. No apology, no refund, all attitude. I waited for close 30 minutes still no bathroom access. I usually don't even do bad reviews.
We asked to use the bathroom and was told we had to purchase something so we bought a coffee and then they started cleaning the bathroom so we couldn't use it and refused to open the employee restroom. They told us to go next door which they could have told us at the beginning before making us buy something for NOTHING. Very dishonest. Thank you for the horrible customer service. No offer for a refund or gift card or to open the employee bathroom. ZERO STARS!
This is an updated review of the poor quality this company is serving their customers. I came in today to buy a coffee, what I got instead is a hot water with a light hint of coffee and sweetener. For $4.25 a cup, shouldn't be too complicated to prepare a decent Americano. Yet Starbucks managed to ruin a classic. Not their fault since their core business is selling highly concentrated sugary products, it leads me to believe they forgot how to make a good old fashion cup of coffee.
