My 80 year old mother tried to get a glass of water today and was told she needed to make a purchase in order for to get a glass of water. She was not feeling good and just thought she could pull in and get a water but was told to purchase something!!!! . I called and spoke to a so called supervisor and was informed you have to purchase something to get water, and absolutely no compassion or anything for someone who was thirsty and old! I asked for a water for my 8 year old daughter that needed water, and they said no ! That i have to purchase something to get free water
I only come to this location to get a frappccino. The location by the old movie theater never gets it right and the whipped cream they put on the bottom just floats to the top. This location on the other hand, always does great 😋
