I dont understand about the negative feelings/reviews placed here. Love this place. Plenty of space, seating, and tables. Bathroom is clean and available. Always enjoyed my time being here. Undisturbed, anonymous breezing through my projects, and enjoying the cold atmosphere. Glad the a/c works!
Classic Starbucks experience
Trying to kick you out because policy says you need to purchase something so you can dine in in Starbucks. when they saw me come in with my Starbucks drink on my hand. I am a regular Customer to all Starbucks not just preference. And they still asked that I cannot stay in here unless if I purchase something you're not obligated and also you're not obligated to get kicked out. this is not the first time that Starbucks done this before. Store. It's not the company it's their people.
This Starbucks sucks. The guy in the window this morning, hands me my coffee with the cup dripping all over. It spilled all over the door of my new truck then my shirt, then the cupholder. Horrible service and yet they want you to tip them for their 2 minutes of work?? This is like the third time this has happened don’t go here.
I’ve been to this Starbucks many times, but my last visit was enough to make me stop coming altogether. I was met with an employee who clearly did not want to be there and made it obvious with her tone, attitude, and lack of basic customer service. From the moment I approached the counter, she acted as if my presence was an inconvenience—rolling her eyes, speaking curtly, and rushing me through my order without even attempting to be polite.
