Love this Starbucks location. They don’t run out of stuff near to the level the other Starbucks in the area used to before I switched to this one. The wait is always short and my drink is always right.
I’ve always had a great experience at this Starbucks, but that changed when the new crew, especially Jojo, came in. As I was leaving, I asked for a coffee refill, but Jojo refused, saying it wasn’t in a ‘for here’ cup and that refills are only allowed within two hours. This was surprising since I had already received refills earlier without any issues. Worse service I payed extra sweet cream the lady tells me she can not fill it up witch is why I’m paying extra on the side since I had a venti cup I told fine all pay the extra charge and still didn’t fill it this why there going slow and going to Dutch bros at least there fair with what your paying still doble charged me lesson learned on my behalf double paying if you see my order on my cup says I payed extra for the same reason and ended up paying another fee on top of that this is why Dutch bros is getting there customer... read more
The absolute worst service every morning! Don’t even acknowledge the customers. They just talk all loud and have fun while people are waiting for their orders. Everytime I order here it takes more than 10 minutes to get my orders. Hate this place! Wish the one in Bellevue was closer
