Staff needs to pay attention to orders! Several times this past week, my orders have been wrong!!! If you can't read, then stay home!
Fast service and friendly staff, but the inside needs more seating, and more than 1 table. My 3-star rating is mainly due to the extremely loud music. I brought my laptop to work but knew even my noise-canceling headphones wouldn't help. Next time, I'll still come back, but will use the drive-thru and work from my car next time.
The workers here are always so nice and greet you with a good morning and thanks for stopping. I love this location :)
I usually don’t leave reviews, but I love this Starbucks!!! They are the kindest workers and make the best Starbucks coffee in the Cleveland area. Give these employees a raise- they are so kind and awesome at their job!!
