I’m not one to complain, but my experience here this morning was horrible. The staff at this location are very lazy and rude. I’ve ordered from here multiple times, and they have given me whipped cream instead of vanilla cold foam on my drinks. I haven’t said anything before, but today I did, and the worker was disrespectful about it. She asked me if I wanted her to remake it, and I said yes. Excellent server experience.
walked in and saw 6 employees chit chatting while I stood at the register. when one of them noticed me she pretended she didn't see me and looked over at another girl. she couldn't get her attention (she was looking at her phone) and finally took my order and I'm guessing the loud music is why she got my order wrong. when I told the girl that made the coffee, she asked if she could just remove the whip cream.
