Weird experience. While ordering the guy at the drive thru laughing to himself, got our order mixed up, and forgot one of our items. He may have been high or something, maybe anxious who knows.
Excellent service!
Drinks are hit or miss. Inconsistent. Parking is difficult, as others have noted. Customer service is poor. This location is managed poorly. After giving this location a few tries, it's not worth the headache. Do yourself a favor, make the five minute drive to the next Starbucks. This location has seen better days. Highly disappointed.
Their new policy is to save money on water cups, but they won't save themselves from this review complaining about it.
This is my go to Starbucks and I just wanted to write how awesome the staff is. Starting with Alberto who greets me every morning and knows my order to the T. Cher is also amazing. Such a nice girl. Always smiling and so kind. Jasmine is also awesome. Makes my mornings start off great.
