We went to the Starbucks in the Kroger's bc no other one was open. We ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and a cake-pop, We gave some leniency on making the order and waiting for the order bc it was super cold out and I’m sure they were busy. But the barista was trying to make me use the Starbucks app, yet I wasn’t trying to or wanting to, which took forever to get her to take my order. I like to see Gautamee every morning when I get my coffee, she is friendly and has a smiling face and provides exceptional customer service. Don't need to wait too long whenever she is here
The baristas here are awesome. I work from this location once a week and I've always had a great experience.
