Hi! I ordered a grande pumpkin cream shaken espresso today, and unfortunately, I was really disappointed with my drink. The cup was overwhelmingly filled with ice, leaving very little actual beverage. I finished it within just a few sips, which was frustrating considering how much I paid for it. I was really looking forward to enjoying my drink, but I didn’t feel like I received what I paid for. Would it be possible to receive a refund or a replacement? Thank you!
Rico cafe tanto caliente como helado
The manager at this store is awful. I witnessed her hitting and yelling at the baristas.
Great coffee
