I am not a complainer by any means but I typically place a mobile order before work in case there is a long line. I would say maybe 7 times out of the last 10 times I’ve placed an order I find myself waiting 5-6 minutes for my drink. This is frustrating because I place my order at least 15 min before arriving and my order takes less than 2 minutes to make. Something I do to save time ends up costing me more time. Again, I understand that 5 PM may be a busy time but this should not be happening a majority of the time.
Really nice people and happy with service.
Very disappointed with my recent order at Starbucks. I ordered a matcha with Ube and the cup was filled with ice and barely any drink. Definitely not worth the 7$ for a cup of ice.
Very lousy service , simple coffee took 10 mins when there were no other customers . Paid for grande and received tall. Almost feels like service is based on tips , very bad practice
