Kiera gave us excellent service. She was very polite and kind and she was just so iconic. would always want her to serve me.
This Starbucks has really went downhill. It took 20 minutes for me to get a single vanilla latte. Their employees are just...slow. When I went around lunch there was only one girl there working. Seems like management problem that they don't have enough employees or equipment to work quickly. The Cinnaholic just two shops down has lattes that are just as good, faster, and a little cheaper.
