On Saturday, September 5 at 3 PM. I was the only customer in line and was completely ignored. They even greeted me but never came to take my order. I stood there for five minutes watching them do everything else but take my order. The two girls working there could have cared less about taking my order
Ordered a venti caramel macchiato and they forgot the caramel drizzle. Called, said sorry come back. Second one - so still barely any foam, apparently caramel drizzle but it’s so creamy you can’t taste it. This Starbucks isn’t the best.
Ordered online for my husband to pick up on his way home and they totally made the wrong drink. Label was correct but they made it wrong. It was blue and what I ordered is not blue. Wasted 200 rewards points. So upset that I'll never order there again. No number to call and no way to fix it. My husband felt bad but there was no way for him to know.
Slower then the constipation rolling down my intestines
Kiera gave us excellent service. She was very polite and kind and she was just so iconic. would always want her to serve me.
