Today, I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this Starbucks. I went out for my usual morning run with my dog and decided to go through the drive-thru to get a coffee. I waited patiently, but no one attended to me. I respectfully approached the window, only to be ignored and refused service for no valid reason. Used to be great but staffing seems to have gone down hill, poor customer service. It’s too expensive on top of that, I’d recommend venturing out to some other coffee options in town for a better drink and overall experience.
Love this starbies! I used to come here when it was brand new and sit inside and play board games with other people when I finished my night shift at the truck stop, but I drive through every now and then still ♥️♥️♥️
