We were greeted by literally EVERYONE when we went inside. They were so helpful to make sure we got exactly what we wanted and were super quick at making our drinks!
First time in. Ordered via the app was ready in less than 5 min. So impressive! Was missing the caramel drizzle but otherwise was perfect!
Less than average customer service. No pets allowed which is fine, but the barista at cash register was angry and rude the whole time i was there and closed the store early without a 5-minute notice or enough time to get a refill. She tries to charge me $4 for an Americano. Um, no. I asked politely for a refill at 8:59pm. Seems like she doesn’t want to work at Starbucks. Then when I leave politely at 9:01pm upon request, and sit in the outdoor seating, they ask the manager to call the police? Wow. Kinda rude, imo. Definitely... read more
