I was doing Uber delivery and picking up an order from this Starbucks location so I asked if I can use their bathroom while they still working on the order. But girl with messy hair said no public restrooms and suggested that I can go to Safeway next door.!! She is a devil that uses a fake smile.
For a global company, not providing restroom facilities for its customers is unacceptable. It’s such a basic service, and it says a lot about the poor level of customer care
I had a very disappointing experience at Starbucks today. From the moment my order was being taken, Pam was rude and dismissive. She repeatedly interrupted me, rolled her eyes, made me repeat myself multiple times, and even tried to give me my total before I had finished ordering—not once, but three separate times.
