No restroom. At a coffee shop with no drive thru. Go to Safeway, they say. It's obvious that Starbucks is perfecting profit extraction at the expense of its longtime customers. What a shame.
Staff was friendly and welcoming, however my order was taken incorrectly and not verified before I was charged. When I returned my drink I was not offered a re-emberssment as the drink I was charged for was more expensive than what I wanted and ended up with. Beyond the expenses, I had ordered an Americano but was given pre-brewed ice coffee with no espresso shot in it. Which is not only the wrong beverage but even less expensive than the americano.
