Second time my order was wrong. I called to ask if there was anything they can do and they got their supervisor and she was incredibly short just telling me to contact DoorDash. I understand I ordered through DoorDash but the restaurant messed up for a second time. I worked in the service industry for 6 years and it’s never the goal to make the customer feel stupid especially when the restaurant is wrong.
Priya is so sweet! She has such a friendly and inviting face and always interacts so kindly! She always ask if I need certain accommodations with a drink and so helpful! Give her a raise!!
Sue at this location was one of the best employees I’ve ever encountered!! She is so sweet, positive, and extremely helpful! She’s always smiling and you can see that she is such a hard worker! She lights up the somers point location and kicked off my morning to a great start!
