The staff inside is not professional and not really polite and rude in
Forgot to tell the cashier my Caramel Macchiato was cold, so they gave me a hot one. Totally my fault, they changed it out for a cold one no questions asked. Awesome crew
Not a good morning or welcome to Starbucks in the whole group, and one person looked like a supervisor but maybe was just an employee not dressed for the job. I was the only customer so it wasn't their incredible
Vanessa is giving "happy to be alive and im thriving" energy i love it. Made everyone feel welcomed in the store and offered everyone water while they wait. This is the kind of energy that makes a chain feel more homey and less sterile. Thanks girl!
