Update: The old manager appears to no longer be there and the service has been excellent ever since. As promised, I have updated my review now that things have turned around.
this by far is the rudest Starbucks I’ve ever been to no customer service and attendant that’s making the food was not wearing any gloves did not wash his hands on top of that I asked for my order and then he kind of screamed back at me totally unacceptable. I was in line waiting for other customers I think they forgot to put my order in and then when I asked for it I got attitude and excuse excuses.
Bad service. I purchased two iced passion tea and it was water with color. I went to the barista and asked for a replacement. The rude and obnoxious manager came from the back to demand that I pay her to make my drinks again. Besides that they put their hands on my cups and did not fix my drinks. In this particular location they cater to members of the religious group they are affiliated to. Do not waste your money. Besides there is no parking and if you park to pick up a drink they call the parking enforcement.
