Great staff, I understand people want special treatment and if they don't get it, they tend to exaggerate an issue. I watch interactions with every guests and it's top notch. We are all human and because they are in customer service doesn't diminish that they have lives outside of work that may sometimes effect them. Have grace.
Nice location with friendly staff
Very poor Starbucks location. Highly recommend going to another location or to a different coffee company if that's too far for you.
