Update: I was willing to give it another try. This time I was not disappointed. It started while the drink was being Blended. They picked up the cup and showed it some love with some Caramel 😍😍😍 I felt my mood change from a pick me up to excited delight. Excellent service from Cassie and Hillary! They made great drinks and provided me with a lovely experience
After waiting 20 minutes + for my Caramel Frappuccino I was given what I could only describe as a basic Frappuccino. They quickly took care of a drink order just before mine and made mine and then one person wondered off leaving one to deal with the counter while my drink just needed the Carmel and the lid. And as you could see no Caramel. After waiting as long I did I just wanted to leave.
KELSEY IS AMAZING! She literally helped us invent our drink and ever since we’ve been loyal customers. Kelsey deserves a raise she’s our favorite barista and she always makes it extra good! Sometimes there is a line since it’s in a grocery store but it’s worth the wait! :)
