I had to go to this starbucks this morning and I won't be back. The youg woman at the drive thru approximately 740a she was rude and unprofessional when I asked about part of my order. She doesn't belong in a customer facing position.
Good vibes as Amy Starbucks would. It's a bit difficult to enter into the place if you're on the other side of the road to turn left. It's busy morning, so we avoided the drive through line, and milking around inside the store instead ☕☕☕
Drive thru microphone doesn’t work? I ordered a white mocha and they gave me normal mocha.. I got to park and walk in the rain for it! <3
Horrrrrrible customer service. I am a doordasher and I walked in to pick up an order. There were 4 people behind the counter and when I walked in they were mostly all doing something. However, once they were done with things they were doing not a SINGLE ONE greeted or asked what I was there for. One girl brought three bags over to the place where delivery orders are picked up.
