I have frequented this location for about a year. Today the staff went above and beyond for me in a way that was certainly unexpected. Huge thank you to the staff for taking care of me today - your benevolence makes a bigger difference than you think.
Service is poor. Could not take drink order correctly and then got mad when corrected. Both employees proceed to talk shit, in Spanish, about order when she didn’t listen to begin with while taking order. Iced Cafe Latte is not a Hot Cafe Latte. Maybe next time don’t talk shit about your customers and the order you messed up when you don’t know if they can understand what you’re saying. You messed the order up!
