They close the store when they feel like it. If it says you close at 8 you should be serving customers until then. I drove 15 mins for nothing.
They are usually pretty nice. However, today, the bigger sized, dark complected girl with the puff in her hair was extremely off putting and slightly rude when taking our order. Then immediately after complains about how she’s ready to go home. The nasty attitude was very unnecessary.. you’re at work so do your job without it negatively affecting customers. We are frequent customers and this was the absolute worst interaction I’ve ever had at this location. Might want to put a kinder associate on the register going forward.
Excellent service yet only 2 people managing on a busy holiday. Drinks were delicious too
Rude customer service. Will close early everytime and not even talk to you. Just ignore gou and expect you know they are closed. Even though its much earlier then advertised closing time. 3rd time in a row we got here after work trying to make it in time to shop and get coffee and close early and not even acknowledge us..we walk in target now betting if they are open or closed today.. unacceptable customer service. Needs new mangement or something..
