Normally this location is fantastic. Never once have I ever had an issue there, but today was a different story. I ordered the same drink that I've ordered for the last 15 years, but today they got it wrong and that's okay because mistakes happen. I did ask for them to re-make my drink and the employee told me that I was wrong about the drink being wrong. The same drink that I've been ordering for 15 years now. I went in to pick up a customer doordash order. I waited more than 10 minutes. The Starbucks employee named O'Neal told me the order was picked up by another washer. I called doordash driver support to let them know. Doordash support informed me that the order was not picked up by another dasher and the customer was still waiting on her order. DD support call starbucks requesting that a fresh order be made and given to me to complete my delivery. O'Neal told an untruth and this held up the customer expected. delivery.

I love this Starbucks! They have the friendliest staff around! Amir is always willing to give samples and make the most delicious recommendations.

This Starbucks has the best customer service I've experienced at any Starbucks, especially in Georgia! The workers here are young and ironically have the kindest and warmest customer service that excels above others who have been in the industry for decades! Many "seasoned" managers could learn from these sweet and helpful employees who are gifted not only in the practical aspects of food service but with creating rapport with those they cheerfully serve.
