I’ve been going to Starbucks on Rt. 3W in Clifton, NJ since day one when they first opened their doors. I’ve never had a bad experience here! The staff (all of them) are so warm and friendly…always! They are courteous, respectful, and greet you with a smile and hello as soon as you walk through the door! I’ve visited other stores before, just to compare, but nowhere else compares! So…all this is what keeps me coming back day after day. Love these guys 🥰
The coffee and service were great, and the staff was friendly. However, there was one issue. I clearly said my name three times, but it was still written incorrectly. Because of that, I waited for quite a while, even though my order was already ready. Please make sure to confirm customers’ names more carefully.
Third time here order was delayed more than 15 minutes vs. the estimate time the app said. The apps keeps lying or the store does not want to make improvements even though it keeps happening. Terrible!
