Staff was friendly. However multiple staff had no idea what was on their own menu. It took screenshotting the item we wanted to purchase and even then they still were confused.
Standing in line waiting for the person in front to complete two separate complicate orders. I proceed to order my drink only to have them tell me “We are unable to proceed your payment via the because our internet is down. Cash or credit? You have posted a sign regarding the payment process and not waste my time.
This place is great. The coffees are delicious. But today I had a bad experience, as always. I went to this place, and the man taking orders on the computer didn't want to take orders from people who spoke Spanish. I told this person, "Can I have three coffees? Two medium and one small. No whipped cream." But he asked me if I spoke Spanish, and I said yes. And he called another person to speak to me in Spanish. And this person said to him, "She speaks English."
