Starbucks, teach your employees to be polite and not have so much attitude. I’m referring to the person working the register this morning at your Harris Teeter location. I asked a simple, polite question about your product, and was met with a rude glare and a dismissive shake of the head — as if I was bothering her by asking something perfectly reasonable. As a customer I expected basic courtesy. It’s disappointing to be treated like a nuisance instead of a valued customer. Please do better with your staff training.
I customized my drink, but the bartender made it wrong, and the service was also very bad.
Couldn't even find it! Google said it was in the middle of a traffic circle!
