I was travelling and decided to pop in to see the difference between Starbucks in Canada and Starbucks in the US… yeah wow I was shocked at the behaviour and attitude of the baristas who were working. Extremely rude and disrespectful to me and other customers. The young lady working was audibly complaining about doing her job and overall seemed like she would rather be anywhere but there. I have been going to this place for some time now, about 4 years. One thing i have noticed is that the quality of this place depends on the management and the crew. It has fluctuated over the last 4 years. Granted, these are not career positions and one cannot expect to see same people working there for too long. However, there is still an interview process.
