WORST Starbucks experience ever!! Super slow, somewhat rude, service. The place was disgusting with food/trash covered tables and chairs and floors.
The worst coffee I've ever had at Starbucks, I couldn't believe it.
1st...I have never had a double chocolaty chip Frappuccino so dark in all the years I’ve been drinking it. 2nd I spelled my name for the person taking my order and it was incorrect to the point where I did not know those were my drinks sitting on the counter. 3rd the person fixing my drinks had the worse attitude I’ve seen in a while. She had an attitude because her coworker didn’t listen to my order which caused her to fix a drink I did not ask for or want. I will never go to this location again. Terrible… morning rush. 1 worker. Can’t multi task at all! Where is the help? Priority was the target staff even with everyone waiting.
My husband and I went to this location early this morning and there was a young lady that was the MOST PLEASANT and KIND. We would like to send a huge THANK YOU to (PENNY). She was the nicest person with the BEST attitude we have ever had. We look forward to seeing her every time we come to Starbucks. Thank you for giving us a GREAT DAY! Bless you!
