I’ll drive out of my way from now on to avoid this location. I’ve given it chance after chance and I don’t understand why they’re slow as molasses - doesn’t matter if it’s 1 car in line or 20. I get maybe if it’s a shortage in staff but I’ve tried this location since it first opened up until August 2026. For this to be a problem every visit is crazy.
Would like to say Nelle is a wonder barista for Starbucks. However Kaeyln has a terrible attitude and has made racist remarks regarding their coworker and should be dealt with accordingly.
The reason the parking lot at firestone was blocked off is due to the lot being resealed. You can not drive on it during this time, because it has to cure or else it feels up. Also it is not shared space between Firestone and Starbucks we have are own parking lots.
THIS ONE IS WITHIN A GROCERY STORE
Shout-out to the barista, Ava, who helped me today. I placed a mobile order, and when I arrived she let me know the app didn’t reflect it, but they were out of the drink I ordered. I was in a hurry and asked if there was anything she could make in under 2 minutes so I did not have to get a refund. She immediately made me something delicious and I was on my way in under 2 mins.
