Very understaffed and unorganized
Unorganized. My tea not available. Why are there boxes and supplies piled up in the way. George Liles would never.
I was very disappointed by the Customer Service. I received by a male Male worker at this location . He was extremely rude and unprofessional to me. It was a mixup with my order. He took my correct order and they had me wait an additional 20 minutes and I got tired of waiting and I decided to leave and asked for my refund I called the district manager in charge of the location. I received also poor service. No one called me back. I will never go to this location.
Me and a friend went here a couple months ago right after they opened and we immediately noticed the coffee tasted SO bad. It was way too stout but we wanted to check the reviews to see if it had gotten any better and um.... unfortunately we'll be skipping this Starbucks on our next visit to Concord because it seems to have gotten worse.. I don't feel comfortable walking into a business that spreads so much negativity and anger.
Took sooooo long for 2 coffees, the barista took forever to prepare the order, not happy with service!
