i ordered an iced chai and the lady that was serving me was very rushy and rude. i will not reccomended here to anyone. She was a middle aged black woman working July 8th, 2026 around 3. and she did not add classc syrup to chai like how it is supposed to be made. she needs to go and so does this entire establishment.
To say I am very disappointed in this location is beyond me being nice. To start off there were at least 4 people working. The one person that was ringing customers had no idea what an iced white chocolate mocha was. The person behind her heating food was no better. Then she burnt whatever it was she had in the toaster oven. Then once she finally got me rung up and I was scanning my app for the order she had no clue what was going on.
