Hands down the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to in life. Get your Starbucks before you come to the mall
I'm forced to give 1 star for this particular franchise in Concord Mills when it should be 0 stars. You should be ashamed of the way it’s being operated . I was there today. There were only 3 people working, one on the register taking orders, one trying to fill, and one in the back stocking. I ordered only food because the coffee was out that I wanted at 10:25am and all of my order did not hit my hands till 11:00am 35 minutes for my order that was only 2 sandwich that take 2-3 mins to cook.
