Very slow. Wow. Get it together. It's not that complicated when I'm the only guest around.
I had a mix up with my drink order but one of the employees went above and beyond to make it right. Finley was very kind, patient, and such a sweetheart about fixing everything. It really made my experience so much better. Big thank you to her for turning a mistake into a positive experience!!
This review is for who owns this particular franchise in Concord Mills and the manager. You should be ashamed of the way it’s being operated . I was there today. There were only 2 people working, one on the register taking orders the other trying to fill the orders. I had to wait 25 minutes for my order. There were people who cancelled their order and left. Is this how you do business ! Hire more help ! Pay them a decent wage ! If this continues I’m sure you will have to close again !
