Bad attitude, bad service, and poor execution. I've been to about 20 different Starbucks in the past 2 months because of travel, this is the worst. Repeated my order order, which was simple, multiple times. No problem, I figured, inexperience, but still git it wrong. They do not know how to serve the Nitrocoffee. Over Half of it was nothing because of how it was served. They need real training or hire people that care about what they are doing. We went in for a refresher and ended up witnessing a wild scene of what appears to be a manager named Alan verbally harassing a military police veteran in the store lobby in front of everyone. We felt extremely uncomfortable and this conduct is unacceptable from a place like this. They must have absolutely no standards in this store. Stay away.
Manager Alan ,is the way how managers should be everywhere. I had a situation at the store,manager was not there. Got his phone number and give him a call. I explained what happened and that I was refused to be served. He patiently listen, told me to give him some time to call his employees and hear the other side of the story(as he should) . 10 minutes later I got a call. I was welcomed back to the store and situation was solved. 👏🏻 great job handling situation and not even being there.
