This Starbucks is in such a cozy area, I love being able to look outside and see the busy streets, and the food and drinks are always almost good. But their service is borderline horrible… sometimes during a rush it’s understandable but I recently went there during a chill period, not a lot of people in and out and it took over 20 minutes for a bagel (all my drinks were made way earlier which to me indicates they have the free time to make food). The atmosphere was what it was but I got a little annoyed that when I stepped up to the pick up counter, the barista (a young black male) instantly stated “DoorDash is over thurr” 🙄 I work in finance, wearing dress slacks, dress shoes and a sweater. I’m not even dressed like a typical DoorDash driver. I simply wanted to ask for extra sriracha and a straw but was cut off instantly and profiled. I just want to give a big thank you to the staff at this Starbucks. They are always so kind, patient, and professional, no matter how busy it gets. Their positive attitudes honestly make my day better, and it’s clear they put real effort into customer service. This location truly stands out because of the people who work here. Kind of crazy how there’s eight employees goofing around doing nothing and my sandwich is 12 minutes late. Looks like I have to be leaving it behind so I’m not late for work…
