Every time I order online the drink comes 15 minutes after the pick up time. People who walk in and orders at the counter 10 minutes after my pick up time seem to always get their drink way before I do. Only reason why i am writing this review is because I have so much time to kill while waiting for my starbucks order.
My experience was pretty bad. The store wasn't buy and yet I was just standing by the counter for 4-5mins. When the cashier arrived he just stood in front of the other POS not acknowledging my presence. I initialed the conversation and ordered their new matcha with orange cream and asked for LIGHT ICE. Was definitely NOT LIGHT ICE, at least 2/3s of my cup was filled with ice. 🤷🏻♀️ Looks like the cashier wasn't even paying attention to my order! Would give zero stars if I could. 😕
the drinks were very flavorless and i’m pretty sure my sandwich was only half made
