This store is always short staffed. We had to wait for at least 15 minutes each time for mobile order.
My coffee order was perfect there.
I asked the cashier how many pumps of sugar do u put in the iced blue coconut matcha in the drink? SHE TOLD ME “I don’t know!” And she didn’t even want to go find out… As a former barista, we were trained to memorize almost all of our recipes especially the new menu, or at least go ask ur coworkers or supervisor for answers! But at this location, I don’t see the cashier is willing to solve the problem for customer but just tell customer that she is new …. N there is no line up at this time!
