I had such a genuinely great experience at Starbucks today, and it was entirely because of Grace. From the moment I interacted with her, she was incredibly kind, patient, and caring. She made the environment feel welcoming and comfortable, which honestly goes a long way on a busy day. What stood out to me the most was her attitude and willingness to help, even with the smallest things. Hand to hand, eye to eye. You should be providing the type of service and experience the company WANTS you to. Walk the drink to the drop off plane where your customer is waiting. WRITE on the CUPS. Double cup the brewed coffee if the customer requests it. Twice in a row my experience has been sub par. There were BTS meetings for a reason.
