We went through the drive through and I ordered a hot venti pumpkin cream chai latte with oatmilk. I was given an ICED pumpkin cream chai with oatmilk which is not what I wanted on a cold fall morning, I sent my boyfriend into the store to have them remake it and he came out with a hot grande pumpkin spice latte with oatmilk.
