When you order iced drinks the whole drink is ice! I ordered a cannonball with cold foam and literally got three sips of my drink before it was just ice. I seldom go to Starbucks anymore because the value just is isn't there anymore. I will pay more at Biggby and at least get something that I can enjoy. I went from an everyday customer to an only if that's what everybody else wants customer. Make the drinks like you would fit your own family!!
lady that took my order was rude, she didn't like that I didn't use the correct Starbucks language to order my food, she felt the need to correct me on every step of my order, and when i explained I have order this same drink 100x she felt the need to correct me again and tell me they are doing it wrong , this was my 1st time at this location and I will not be going back
Not only did I have to wait in the Drive-Thru for 15 minutes to receive a tall coffee iced coffee and a a grande latte that I added some syrups to and then I got. I don't know what I got because it's not a latte. There's no espresso in this and it tastes water down. When I asked for whole milk. There's a big difference so basically just wasting my money on another corporation and I really appreciate it. You guys are awesome! Thank you so much.
