Limited parking and generally and sometimes a long drive thru line. Other than those 2 things, this store is really great. Friendly and efficient staff that listen and take care of your orders. Plenty of available seating and a great variety of eats and drinks for satisfying your tummy! The store is clean and close to a number of Sunset Square stores.
Starbucks on sunset has become something else. It used to be a classy coffee place and it has gone sideways.
As someone who is a regular Starbucks customer, I expect to be treated with common courtesy. I wanted to use the bathroom before I ordered my drink and the response I get is "if you're going to order something the code is xyz" - that is NOT a friendly way to enter the store. I understand you are working with a policy change but you will not earn customers with this attitude. I implore management to figure out a more friendly way to approach their customers.
