Chai was good however dont order food its a rip off my bacon gouda sandwich was smaller then my mouth and only had like 1 piece of bacon for almost 6 dollars dont waste your money!!!

I've begun to visit this location more frequently since it has begun to fully participate in the Starbucks rewards program, since it is a "leased" or non corporate store. Whatever the specific terminology, either way. It is a change for the better. I have always had a good experience and appreciate the efficient service provided by Shana and Grace.

Did your hours change? If so, maybe have Google fix those hours? The barista this morning told me they don’t open until 7am, making my stop a waste of time. I swore off Starbucks and now I remember why.

If you ever see Shana as the barista, I strongly recommend reconsidering your visit. She was extremely rude and made my drinks with a poor attitude. I'm unsure if this behavior is specific to certain customers, but her demeanor was hard to describe. I can confidently say she is not suited for the barista role. In my 8 years of visiting Starbucks, I have never encountered someone as unpleasant as her. She was throwing dishes around and dipping jars into cups while transferring drinks, mean communication with customers. I hope... read more
