This has happened to me 3 times this month: Order on app. Go to pickup order. Order is just an empty bag, and I have to wait at the store to get a refund. I totally get running out of certain food items but I wish they'd either mark items as unavailable in the app or send a message that the order cannot be fulfilled. Annoying to have to make a trip just to wait for a refund.
Just ordered 3 dragon fruit refreshers and they are absolutely horrible, I understand it was busy but there is no flavor to these drinks at all. We basically got colored water. There is barely any fruit cubes in them. The woman who made these drinks needs to go back to training. Definitely wont be back. It's funny they only respond to people that leave good reviews.
