Came in for my birthday drink but the real birthday gift was Dev.
I asked to use the bathroom,and the employee ask me if had already bought something in order to use it,that is absolutely ridiculous.
You need to fill in-store customer orders as a priority over pick up orders...no reason to sit around for 10+ minutes for a black iced coffee. Ridiculous.
This is a decent Starbucks, but I typically go at around 9am for a coffee and it’s a mob scene at that time. There are other small business coffee spots in the area that you can support!
