Drinks are never made right. Don’t go to this location. It’s a chronic issue. They really don’t care. You can see by the photos it speaks for itself.
Ordered a strawberry shortcake frappe with whipped cream. When I got there the girls was making the drink and gave it to her friend then she proceeded to make my drink and walked up to the friend and pulled the label with my name off her drink and put it on the new one. It didn't have whipped cream on it and when I asked about it she rudely replied "sorry we dont have any".
I just wanted to give a shout out to the two girls behind the counter today. They were incredibly busy for about an hour straight and both were incredibly professional, fast and still very kind and polite.
Drinks made incorrectly and staff was rude.
They do not have a drive thru even though it says that they do. Also....they do not honor Starbucks promotions or coupons!!! I don't understand why not, but they don't!!
