So I myself am a Starbucks barista and I so I understand how the job can be stressful and guests as well so please keep in mind while I’m writing this. I came in and ordered a venti iced pumpkin cream matcha, she made the drink fast but I didn’t realize it was mine because it wasn’t green and so I read the label and it’s a chai, I check the online receipt and it was rang up as a chai but I had the drink pulled up on my screen and so I am sure I said matcha, as well as the people I was with heard me say matcha. I was just there waiting in line to order,and it took the girls more than 5 minutes to decide if they were opened or closed. I had to leave because they did not give me an answer. I understand everyone needs a break and I respect that but a customer should not wait 5 minutes for a yes or no. I will not comment on food or atmosphere since I did not have not a chance to try it. This happened July 24th between 1330-2pm.
My little sister dropped her starbucks drink. Merideth was amazing. With an amazing attitude. She re-made the drink. Thank you so much. We love uuu!! (platonically)
Drinks are never made right. Don’t go to this location. It’s a chronic issue. They really don’t care. You can see by the photos it speaks for itself.
